Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the ApplyFirst app (“the app”), provided by ApplyFirst (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them.

What the app does

ApplyFirst helps you write job application emails and send them from your own Gmail account with your CV attached, and keeps a history of what you sent on your phone.

Your account and Gmail

You sign in with your Google account and allow the app to send email on your behalf. You are responsible for the emails you send, their content and their recipients. You must follow Google’s terms and any Gmail sending limits. We can’t guarantee that an email is delivered or read.

Your content

Your CV, messages and details belong to you. They stay on your phone, except when you choose to send an email or use the optional AI feature (see the privacy policy). Do not use the app to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive messages.

AI-written text

AI suggestions can contain mistakes. Always read an email before you send it. You are responsible for what you send.

Availability

We try to keep the app working, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop features at any time. Gmail and AI features depend on third-party services we do not control.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or messages that are not delivered, read or answered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
